Mazda scores 94 per cent customer satisfaction rating

Mazda’s ability to deliver great customer service confirmed by Motor Codes impressive ratings

Mazda’s ability to deliver great customer service has been confirmed by Motor Codes ratings which reveal that 94 per cent of customers were satisfied with the service and repairs carried out on their vehicles by Mazda dealers during 2013.

“The 94 per cent satisfaction rating is an endorsement that our dealers offer an open, honest and fair service, provided by competent and conscientious staff,” comments David Wilson-Green, Aftersales Director, Mazda UK. “The survey demonstrates that car owners looking for a reliable, trustworthy garage can be confident of finding exactly that when they visit a Mazda dealer.

The latest Motor Codes survey is based on 4,366 reviews by Mazda customers this year, combined with direct responses from the public recorded online at motorcodes.co.uk. Every Mazda dealer subscribes to Motor Codes Trading Standards Institute (TSI) – approved codes of practice.

“By supplying our customers’ feedback to Motor Codes we are emphasising Mazda’s strong ethos of transparency in its relationships with customers. I am confident that future surveys by this organisation will continue to indicate that Mazda dealers deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction,” adds Wilson-Green.

Providing the best possible customer experience is a top priority for Mazda. We encourage Mazda customers to review their experience with us quickly and easily by visiting our dealer profile pages on the Motor Codes website (www.motorcodes.co.uk ) and rating our performance. This feedback helps us enhance the services that we already offer,” concludes Wilson-Green.
