The bespoke space delivers a flexible learning  environment for a variety of roles across the Mazda dealer network. Service Advisors, Sales Advisors, Service/Sales Managers, Technicians and Apprentices will all be able to attend courses at the new facility.

Commenting on the new space, Mazda Academy Manager, Robert Hancock said, “these rooms will allow us to offer a better service to our dealer partners when it comes to training their staff to deliver an outstanding customer experience across our dealer network.”

Adding, “we have a key focus on increasing knowledge, skill and behaviour levels and our new facility here at our headquarters in Dartford will help us bring this to life.

Mazda UK’s new training area includes two fully optimised training rooms with a sliding wall that allows for a larger training space, there’s also a large break out area that features an experiential space that has 7 learning stations with iPad info stands.

Attending delegates benefit from a host of personal touches, including personalised parking bays and over the course of the year over 600 people will go through the facility.
